Shipping Policy – Sol & Raya

At Sol & Raya, we do everything we can to ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. On this page, you will find all information regarding our shipping methods, delivery times, and shipping costs.

1. Shipping Methods

We ship our packages via PostNL or DHL. During checkout, you may indicate a preference; however, the final choice of carrier depends on availability and efficiency.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Any inaccuracies in the provided address are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Delivery Times

Orders placed on business days before 16:00 are processed and shipped the same day.
In most cases, your order will be delivered the next working day.
Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sundays and public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

For orders under €60, standard shipping costs apply.
Orders of €60 or more are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium. For international orders (outside the Netherlands and Belgium), standard shipping costs are €12,95. Orders of €120,00 or more are shipped free of charge.

4. Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value at Sol & Raya is €25.
Orders below this amount cannot be processed.

5. International Shipping

For orders outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and/or customs charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
