We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@solandraya.com
Once the order has been processed of shipped, it can no longer be cancelled of changed.
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us immediately at info@solandraya.com
If the order has not yet been shipped, we may still be update the address. If the order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot make changes and are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address.
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.
If you haven't received it:
- Please check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure the email address entered during checkout is correct.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@solandraya.com and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
- A photo of the barcode attached to the jewellery
- A brief description of the problem
Once received, we will provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
We will investigate the issue and resolve it promptly.

To use a discount code, simply enter it at checkout before completing your purchase. Please note, only one discount code can be used per order
We aim to shipp all orders within 2 business days. Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Belgium and EU: 2–6 business days
You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel.

Yes, we offer international shipping to all the country's in the EU.
Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost during checkout before conforming your order.
Return & Refunds
If you wish to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items at info@solandraya.com. Once approved, we will send you detailed instructions of returning your items.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, including all protective materials.
We offer- a 14-day return policy.
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
- Earrings and piercings jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.
At this time, we do not provide prepaid return Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item of size, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Product Care
Our jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating for durability.
Our gold-coloured pieces are crafted from brass and plated with a thick plating of gold for a luxurious finish. Some pieces are also feature zirconia stones for added elegance.To keep your jewellery looking beautiful:
- Avoid contact with water, perfume and cosmetics.
- Remove your jewellery before showering, exercising or sleeping.
- Store your pieces in a dry place, preferably in the provided pouch.
- Clean gently with a soft dry cloth.
Sterling silver and gold plated jewellery can tarnish over time due to exposure to air, moisture, and chemicals.
To slow this process, keep your jewellery dry and store it in a pouch or box when not in use.Our jewellery is made from hypoallergenic materials, including nickel-free sterling silver and gold-plated brass.
