Refund policy

Returns Policy – Sol & Raya

At Sol & Raya, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can make use of our returns policy as outlined below. This policy is established in accordance with Dutch legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Return Request and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, without providing any reason.
Return requests must be submitted within this period via the return form on our website or by email at info@solandraya.com.
Proof of timely submission (such as a track & trace code or shipping receipt) may be requested.
Earrings are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.

2. Handling of Products During the Reflection Period

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store.
Products must be returned in their original condition and undamaged, including labels and packaging.
Excessive use, damage, or missing components may result in depreciation, for which you may be held liable.

3. Return Conditions and Costs

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or in the case of a defective product.
Returns must be securely packaged to prevent transport damage.
The return address will be provided once the return request has been approved.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If the product has been used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct depreciation from the refund amount.

5. Exceptions

Earrings cannot be returned if the seal has been broken, for hygiene reasons.
Personalised or custom-made products are excluded from returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
